Start by filling out our quote form with your design, quantities, and item details. We’ll review everything and get you a clear quote.

 

Do I need to have my design ready?
No—but it helps. If you don’t have artwork, we can guide you in the right direction or help refine what you have.

 

Pricing & Minimums

 

How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on quantity, garment type, and decoration method. Larger orders benefit from volume pricing, while smaller orders are priced based on setup and production time.

 

Do you have minimum order requirements?
We don’t have strict minimums, but smaller orders may have higher per-item costs due to setup time.

 

Artwork & Design

 

What kind of artwork do you need?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are ideal for screenprinting or DTF, a Jpeg is fine for embroidery. If you’re not sure what you have, send it over—we’ll take a look.

 

Can you match my brand colors?
We get as close as possible using industry-standard inks and threads, but exact matches can vary depending on materials.

 

Customer-Supplied Items

 

Can I bring in my own items for printing or embroidery?
Yes, we can work with customer-supplied items—but there are a few important things to keep in mind:

• We cannot guarantee results on items not purchased through us

• We are not responsible for damage or defects during production

• Small quantities are priced based on setup and production time

• Not all garments are suitable for decoration, and we may decline certain items

• We are unable to replace customer-supplied items if issues occur

By providing your own items, you acknowledge and accept these terms prior to production.

 

Turnaround Time

 

How long does an order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Most jobs are completed within 7-10 business days after final approval.

 

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when our schedule allows. Rush fees may apply.
